Bernard Rogers & Co is pleased to have supported long-standing client Daintta in securing a significant investment from LDC, marking a major milestone in the company’s continued growth.
Daintta, a specialist cyber security and engineering professional services firm, has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality advisory and delivery services in complex environments. The investment will support the next phase of its growth, including scaling it steam and expanding its service offering.
Bernard Rogers & Co has worked alongside Daintta from day one, supporting the business as it has grown from a small founding team into a well-established professional services firm. Over that time, the relationship has evolved from core accounting support into a broader advisory role, helping the leadership team navigate growth with clarity and confidence.
David Rogers, Managing Director at BernardRogers & Co, commented:
“We have worked closely with Daintta for several years, so it is great to see them reach this point. They have built a fantastic business with a clear proposition and a leadership team that understands where they want to go. This investment puts them in a strong position for the next stage of growth.”
On the deal itself, Bernard Rogers & Co assisted Daintta with financial and tax due diligence support, as well as financial modelling. This is alongside the management accounts, advisory and compliance support that has underpinned the working relationship since Daintta began trading.
The investment reflects both the strength of Daintta’s proposition and the increasing demand for high-quality cyber security and engineering expertise. For Bernard Rogers & Co, it is another example of working alongside ambitious businesses and supporting them through key moments of change.
David added:
“These are the moments that matter for business owners. Having the right support in place can make a real difference, not just in getting a deal done, but in making sure the business is in the right shape to move forward afterwards.”
Bernard Rogers & Co continues to support clients across a range of sectors with growth, investment and strategic decision-making.
Justin Teutsch, CEO of Daintta, said:
“We’ve worked with Bernard Rogers & Co for a long time, so there’s a good level of trust there. They know the business and how we operate, which makes a difference when you’re going through something like this. This investment process has been demanding but having an accountancy partner like Bernard Rogers & Co brought clarity to the numbers, kept things moving and made sure we were in the strongest possible position throughout.”
