Bernard founded Bernard Rogers & Co in 1993 as a sole practitioner firm. The business has subsequently grown to over 20 staff based across two offices in Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon in Warwickshire.
We provide the complete suite of accountancy services to clients across the Midlands, the UK and internationally.
All accounts and taxation clients receive a dedicated Client Manager, all of whom are qualified accountants. They will act as your main point of contact for your day-to-day enquiries and are supported by an excellent professional and administrative team.
We pride ourselves on the quality of advice and service we provide, which reflects in the long standing client relationships we have and the number of word-of-mouth referrals we receive. Whilst we have been established for over 25 years, we embrace technological changes within the accounting industry and are able to offer clients cloud-based accounting software and document exchange services. Bernard founded the firm in 1993. He has overall responsibility for all clients and has a particular interest in software and engineering companies
David joined the firm in 2017. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 2013 and then spent 3 years working in Corporate Finance in the City
An FCCA Qualified Accountant with over 20 years in the profession, Conal joined Bernard Rogers & Co in the early 2000s
With over 20 years’ experience in the profession, Jo is a Client Manager who has worked at Bernard Rogers & Co since 2001
A Qualified Chartered Accountant with 18 years’ experience, Michelle joined in 2012 and deals with all aspects of personal tax in her role as Tax Manager
Lisa has worked in the accountancy profession since 1989, joining Bernard Rogers & Co in 2003. She works on areas of financial accounts production
Andrew is a Chartered Accountant who joined the Kenilworth office in 2015. He advises owner managed SMEs across a broad range of sectors
Based in the Stratford-upon-Avon office, David focuses on preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
With over 17 years’ experience, Mandy is the first point of contact for clients at our Stratford office and manages the office on a day to day basis
Sue has been with Bernard Rogers & Co for 17 years, primarily processing payrolls and advising clients on payroll compliance matters
Nigel spent most of his career as a Management Accountant in the Construction Industry. He is responsible for the monthly preparation of director payrolls
A Qualified Accountant (FCCA) and one of our Client Managers, Michele joined the practice in 1996 and has over 20 years’ experience in the profession.
John is a qualified taxation technician who deals with personal taxation matters and joined the firm in 2015
Working as an admin assistant in the personal tax department, Allison joined the business in 2011, having previously worked at NatWest for 16 years
Office Manager since 2014, Emma previously worked in brand management and really enjoys dealing with our wide variety of clients
Jane is an admin assistant and receptionist at Bernard Rogers & Co, dealing with the firm’s administrative matters
Amanda joined the business in 2018 and is an administrator based on reception, assisting the team with client related matters
Ian is a qualified MAAT accountant and has been working in the industry for over 30 years. He has broad experience in accounts preparation for businesses of all types
Duncan has a wealth of experience having worked at sole practitioners to one of the big four. He has spent the last 20 years specialising in taxation
Taran joined the firm in February 2018. He has experience in accounts preparation, payroll and bookkeeping for a wide variety of organisations
