Limited Company Incorporation
New limited companies are formed online by a very straightforward process. Once you have thought of a company name, and we have received relevant personal details from you, the company can be incorporated within 24 hours with Companies House. The Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association and Statutory Register of the company are then forwarded to you and once in your possession you can open a bank account in the limited company name and, if required, register for VAT online at hmrc.gov.uk.
